Any images associated with Mystery Boxes are illustrative of potential contents and do not guarantee specific items.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS

5.1. General Sales: All purchases of physical Magic: The Gathering sealed products (e.g., boosters, boxes, bundles, preconstructed decks) and accessories (e.g., sleeves, dice, playmats) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

5.2. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

5.3. Order Acceptance and Shipping: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we simply confirm receipt of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We will ship orders to the address provided by you during the checkout process. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

5.4. Returns and Refunds (Physical Sealed Products & Accessories): Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original sealed packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

The following items/services are generally non-refundable:

• Mystery Boxes or Random Assortments (once shipped or opened).

• Opened sealed Magic: The Gathering products (after "Rip" service is performed or physical seal is broken).

• Digital products (e.g., codes, digital downloads).

• Gift cards.

• Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery."

5.5. Mystery Boxes & Random Assortments: By purchasing a "Mystery Box" or any product designated as a "Random Assortment" on our site, you acknowledge and agree to the following specific terms:

• Random Contents: The contents of Mystery Boxes are entirely random and are not predetermined to include any specific card, pack, rarity, or item. Each box is assembled with a focus on providing a diverse and surprising experience.

• No Guarantees of Value: We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the monetary or collectible value of the contents of any Mystery Box will meet or exceed the purchase price of the box. The value of items, especially collectible cards, can fluctuate rapidly based on market conditions.

• No Guarantees of Specific Items: You will not receive specific cards, sets, or types of products unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual product description for that specific Mystery Box.

• All Sales Final (for Contents): Due to the random and surprise nature of Mystery Boxes, dissatisfaction with the specific contents received (e.g., not pulling a desired card, receiving cards you already own, or perceiving the value of contents to be less than the purchase price) does not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange of the Mystery Box or its individual contents.

• Damaged/Defective Items within Box: If any individual sealed pack or accessory within a Mystery Box arrives damaged or defective from the manufacturer, our standard policy for damaged goods (as outlined in Section 5.4, or a dedicated "Damaged/Defective Items" subsection) will apply to that specific damaged item, provided it is reported within the specified timeframe and meets eligibility criteria.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - INTERACTIVE PACK OPENING GAMES ("Rip or Ship")

7.1. Rip or Ship Explained: Our unique "Rip or Ship" service allows customers to choose how they receive their purchased Magic: The Gathering sealed packs.

• "Ship" Option: If you select "Ship," your purchased sealed packs will be shipped directly to the address you provide, unopened, following our standard shipping policy (Section 5.3).

• "Rip" Option: If you select "Rip," your purchased sealed pack(s) will be opened live on our designated YouTube stream on a pre-scheduled date/time. By selecting "Rip," you explicitly understand and agree that:

  • The sealed pack(s) will be opened on stream by our team.

  • You will receive all the cards (including commons, uncommons, rares, foils, tokens, etc.) from the pack(s) that were opened on your behalf.

  • The opened cards will be shipped to you after the livestream.

  • All "Rip" sales are final once the pack has been opened on stream. No refunds or exchanges will be given for opened product.

7.2. Live Stream Participation: Participation in our live streams (including chat) is subject to respectful and appropriate conduct. We reserve the right to moderate, mute, or ban users from our chat for any reason, including but not limited to harassment, spam, offensive language, or disruption.

7.3. Card Ownership and Randomness: You acknowledge that the contents of Magic: The Gathering sealed packs are entirely random. We make no guarantees regarding the rarity, value, condition, or playability of cards obtained through the "Rip" service. The value of cards obtained is solely based on market conditions, which can fluctuate rapidly. All cards received through the "Rip" service are considered "near mint" or "lightly played" unless explicitly stated otherwise during the opening or due to significant damage occurring during shipping (see Section 5.4). Once opened on stream, the cards become your property.

7.4. Recording and Broadcasting: You acknowledge and agree that our live streams, including the opening of your packs, may be recorded, archived, and publicly broadcast on platforms such as [e.g., Twitch, YouTube, our website]. By participating in "Rip" services, you consent to your username, chat messages, and the opening of your packs being part of these recordings and broadcasts.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by AchillesGames. Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
